New York Transco is pleased to announce that construction is complete on the New York Energy Solution electric transmission modernization project – six months ahead of schedule.
NYES is fully energized, helping New York State meet its clean energy goals, and carrying much-needed electricity from where it’s generated to homes and businesses in the Capital Region, Hudson Valley and beyond. Corridor restoration is nearly complete, with on-going monitoring of the new vegetation.
